Holiday in Bangkok August and September 2012 ~ Section 2

Welcome to the second section of my recent vacation in Bangkok, Thailand in August and September 2012. This section will mainly cover the topics on how we spent our days shopping and exploring around downtown Bangkok.

Part 1 ~ Looking Around CentralWorld & MBK Center

The next day, which was Friday (31 August), I woke up relatively late at around 10.30 a.m.. I then had a hot bath and changed up to start the day right. All my other family members were still asleep by then, so while waiting for them to wake up, I did some of my own personal stuff on my laptop quietly.

An hour later, all of us were awake. After having a shower and changing up, we decided to go down to CentralWorld for lunch. According to my mum, a friend, by the name of Uncle Nelson, was coming to cleanse our minds at two o' clock later that afternoon. She explained to us that it was to help us become more confident in our upcoming major examinations at the end of the year. Uncle Nelson is a Singaporean, who currently resides in Bangkok.

Once the clock struck 12.20 p.m., we went down to CentralWorld for lunch. After looking through some restaurants, we finally stumbled upon another Japanese restaurant, called Nobu Shabu. This restaurant is known for its shabu-shabu.

We promptly requested a table for the four of us.

While shopping at Toy Studio MBK Center, I managed to purchase three new Herpa commercial passenger aircraft models. They are:

Part 3 ~ Shopping Around Siam Paragon, MBK Center, and CentralWorld

While I was doing my usual shopping at Toy Studio at MBK Center, I managed to purchase four more new commercial Herpa aircraft models. They were:
