Mid-Summer Beach Vacation to Bali, Indonesia in June 2011 (Revised Edition) ~ Section 4

Welcome to the fourth segment of my revised edition of my mid-term summer beach vacation in Bali, Indonesia, in June 2011. This will be the final segment of the entire report. There will be a total of two focus topics that will be covered in this segment, which will mainly be spending our final day in Bali, and the late evening journey back home to Singapore.

Part 1 ~ Spending Our Last Day In Bali

Part 2 ~ The Flight Back Home To Singapore

After spending approximately 1 hour 40 minutes of relaxing and charging our electronic gadgets in the Prada Executive Lounge, the clock was finally showing 9.30 p.m.. Knowing that boarding for Qatar Airways flight QR 639 bound for Doha via Singapore would commence in 20 minutes' time, we packed up all of our belongings and left the lounge by 9.35 p.m. for Gate No. 7. Soon enough, we finally arrived at the entrance towards Gate No. 7 by 9.40 p.m., which was just in good time for boarding to commence in 10 minutes' time.

With just a relatively quick security check, we were finally in the passenger waiting room of Gate No. 7 by 9.45 p.m.. Tonight, Qatar Airways flight QR 639 bound for Doha via Singapore would be operated by a Boeing 777-200/LR aircraft, registered A7-BBE and powered by two General Electric GE90-110B1L engines. A7-BBE was delivered new to Qatar Airways on 22 December 2009 as the fifth Boeing 777-200/LR and the Boeing 777 for the airline. The overall delivery would make the aircraft approximately 1.5 years old at that time.

In all, this mid-term summer beach trip to Bali, Indonesia, was a rather decent one to my preference. Unfortunately, this enjoyment was marred when the next day, I started to feel unwell with a rather high fever, and starting having the runs two days later. This resulted in me taking medical leave from school for almost one whole week, most probably because of the air quality in Bali filled with the summer pollutions. Given a choice, I think it would be much better to travel to Bali in either March or September, as I won't wish to risk having the runs again just before school starts.
Welcome to the.
