Greetings to all bloggers! I am sorry that there have been no posts for the past weeks since I was preparing for my College Year 1 Promotional Examinations. Nevertheless, welcome to this blog vacation report of my mini-shopping vacation in Bangkok, Thailand in August & September 2012. This will be a revised version of the existing report, which was written in September 2012 itself.

This blog report will be divided into a total of three segments. There will be a total of two focus topics that will be covered in this segment of the report, which will mainly be the in-bound journey towards Bangkok, and the road journey to the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.

All the videos uploaded to this report may also be found on my YouTube channel. But, please be aware that for the security of my YouTube channel and videos, the posting of comments for any of these medium, along with the display of advertisements alongside, is prohibited altogether.

Part 1 ~ The Opening Sequences

Not long after finishing my GCE 'O' Level Preliminary Examinations during my final year in secondary school, my parents decided to bring us on a mini-shopping vacation towards Bangkok, Thailand. I was really looking forward to a good vacation to relieve my stress following the rigorous preparations for my Preliminary Examinations in preparation for the GCE 'O' Level examination at the end of the year.

On the early morning of Thursday (30 August), I woke up at 6.15 a.m. to attend my usual morning classes at school. Since it would be Teacher's Day the following day, I was very lucky since I had all of my teachers' presents prepared, knowing that I would not be able to attend the celebrations itself the next day. This day would also be designated as a half-day, as according to my Principal, the Secondary One to Secondary Three students would be having a Parent-Teacher Conference on that day, with all lessons ending at 10.15 a.m..

As soon as the clock struck 10.15 a.m. sharp, I quickly but very quietly sneaked out of the school, in order not to bump into any of my recipients by surprise.
